updates

Sorry I haven't posted recently, but there are a few things I'd like to let everyone know. The first is now I have got a site set up. It is functional, but there are some problems. The next thing I'd like to do is welcome Cscolt to the development team. I know he's a valuable addition, because he is going to handle all the documentation. All the documentation (what little of it exists) is pretty ragged and out of date. The readme and installation instructions are s***. A personal goal is to create an installation script for blogBuddies, however that will have to wait until my life is less hectic. I will probably have it done by the end of summer. One php installer I was impressed with is the Xoops installer. I am using Xoops for managing the blogBuddies page, and it's not bad. Yes, it has some problems, but it's not a finished product either (it's also a SourceForge project). One last thing: I may not be posting here as much. In fact, after the general RSS feature and I find a way to make the site into RSS, I may discontinue this blog. For now, keep checking here and on the homepage.
